10 am - 1 pm

In this workshop, we'll explore the work of Angeles Arrien, Ph.D. on “the four chambered heart” from her book, The Four Fold Way. Discussions will evolve around what it means to feel and function from a full, clear, strong, and open heart within the context of our daily lives as we navigate the rivers of change, challenge, surprise, and inspiration. Also, we'll call on Brené Brown's research on the Anatomy of Trust as a tool for tracking where we are or aren't in alignment with our love nature.
